This heater appears very solid, well-built, and more high-tech than I expected. It has an impressive appearance. The housing looks and feels durable, and heavy-duty. I like that it's designed to resist weather, chlorine, and salt exposure, and it includes a cover.

I have not had it installed yet because my home does not have a dedicated 240V electrical line. Because of that, I can't comment on functionality such as heating performance, efficiency, noise level, or app functionality at this time. Since it will be some time before I am able to do that, I will spend some time studying the 54-page user manual to familiarize myself with its features and operation.

The feature list looks impressive. The inverter technology, heating and cooling modes, smart scheduling, app control, digital control panel, and automatic pump synchronization all make this sound like a premium system. I also appreciate the included 3-year warranty coverage and 24/7 customer service assistance. For anyone considering this unit, just be aware that the high-voltage electrical requirements necessitate professional installation for the line and unit itself.

Overall, it seems like a very promising and well-designed heater, and I am looking forward to getting it fully installed and running. Once installed, I think pool season will open earlier and close later at my house, which is the main reason I ordered it! Once I get to observe how well it performs, I will update this review.

I swapped out my old gas heater for this one, and it’s been running well for the past two days. The unit arrived in perfect condition, and I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. It heats my pool efficiently, and while it’s not super fast, it does the job without much noise.

Item is what expected, however when delivered it was dumped on front poach instead of where it needed to go.

Installed this for my 10k gallon pool. Have used it several days now and my pool is at a perfect 83 degrees. It was easy to install. Just plumbed PVC from the pump to this heater. I added a bypass just in case. Pulls around 5 amps which was nice to see. The unit is a decent size. Probably half the size of a air conditioner condenser unit. Its very quiet. It sits next to our bedroom window and the pool pump is louder. Durability is something I will be watching this summer. I have a salt water pool so I want to make sure it will last me multiple years. It functions with heating and cooling which is nice as in July, the pool has made it to 95 degrees which was way to hot. Great value for your money.

We had an older propane pool heater that we were going to replace before next winter and when I saw this one with a cooling feature, decided to try this! This is totally different than our previous propane heater in many aspects. First it has a newer system with inverter which is supposed to make it more cost efficient. Propane is not cheap anymore so we are hoping this investment serves up in more than one way. This unit has a chiller and since we are in the south and it can get upwards of 120 degrees, we are looking forward to having this. Most of the time we keep our pool at 90 degrees. Most people keep theres at 80 or so but we like swimming at night mostly so that is the temp we prefer. This unit is easy to program via your phone, so it makes it super easy to turn on in the afternoon from wherever we are and get the pool warmed up for that evening or a party. I love this smart ap feature as we havent had that before. I am super happy with the noise level when on which is very low. It has a nice solid look and came with a cover also. It is a solid product and seems to be running like a smooth machine for sure. I will update my review after another month goes by and the weather is hotter so we can try the chilling setting. I give this new technology pool heater a big 5 stars and more if I could, but I would say its worth it for us in many ways that we had not had all these options before. A+

Not to difficult to install. Took about 2 hours. Good size. Seems very durable. It works like it should. Took about 20 hours to raise the water temperature in my 11 thousand gallon pool 6 degrees, from 74 to 80 degrees, which is perfect for me. I haven’t used the cool down feature yet, but I’m sure I will when August arrives in about 10 weeks. Great item. Good value.
