Every heat pump we deliver carries not just advanced technology, but our promise of reliable support. If something isn’t working as it should, we’ll stand with you and make it right, because true comfort comes with confidence.
We provide a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost for the parts themselves.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, installation errors, improper maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors such as weather, voltage instability, or improper water chemistry.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and relevant photos or videos showing the issue.
Warranty coverage applies only when the unit is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with our official installation manual and technical guidance.
● Any damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, voltage instability, poor water chemistry, freezing conditions, negligence, misuse, aging, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under warranty.
● Any repair, modification, or troubleshooting performed without prior authorization or supervision from our technical support team may void the warranty.
● All warranty claims must be reviewed and confirmed by our technical team as non-user-induced before approval.
● The cost of shipping replacement parts is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase.
● If issues are handled independently without contacting our technical support team first, resulting damages will not be covered.
● For customers beyond the warranty period, we continue to provide professional remote technical support. Paid technical service or parts replacement may apply. Please contact our customer service team for detailed assistance.
