Returns Eligibility

  • General Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or normal use
  • Improper use, unauthorized modifications, or neglect
  • Gift cards, digital products, or services (if applicable)

Return Process

  • Contact customer support to request a return and obtain a return authorization.
  • Follow the instructions provided to ship the item back safely.
  • Returns must be sent via trackable shipping.
  • BluePlenum is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Blueplenum covers return shipping.
  • Other returns (not due to defects), such as ordering the wrong item, purchasing by mistake, or no longer wanting the product, are the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Process & Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • BluePlenum may, at our discretion, offer replacement items instead of a refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order, or through a price difference adjustment.
  • Contact customer support to confirm availability and shipping for replacement items.
